14 days, full amount
If Hina is not what you wanted, ask for a full refund within 14 days. The 14 days run from the purchase date printed on your receipt.
How to ask
Email hi@hina.day with the Payment ID from your Dodo receipt, or just the email address you paid with. I pass it to Dodo Payments, who took the payment and will send the money back, usually within five business days.
A short note about what did not fit helps. It is not a condition of the refund.
After a refund
Please stop using Hina on that Mac. Verification happens on the device with no server to call, so there is no way for me to switch a key off from here; I am asking rather than enforcing. The recordings on that Mac are not touched, and you can buy again later.
Updates after you buy
One purchase includes every future update, with no paid upgrades. Releases lists each version, the SHA-256 of the current download, and the update policy.
